- Fenugreek seeds – Put three teaspoonful of fenugreek seeds in about one litre of water on low flame and then boil it for at least half an hour. Strain it and when it is cool, drink it
- Guava leaves – Add some fresh guava leaves in about one litre of water and let the mixture be on very low flame for about half an hour. Let it cool down and then apply it on the vagina
- Mango – Take one ripe mango and mash it into pulp. Apply this pulp on the vagina. This is very effective
- Walnut tree leaves – Put some walnut tree leaves in a liter of water and boil it till water becomes half. Apply this on the vagina by of course douching
- Coriander seeds – Soak some amount of coriander seeds in water and let them be overnight. Next morning, on an empty stomach drink it
- Rice water – Once you cook the rice, preserve the water which you use to prepare it. Add some sugar to it and have it
- Ladyfingers – Make a decoction of about 200gms of ladyfingers in about one-liter of water. Keep the mixture on low flame till the water reduces to half. Add some sugar and drink it
- Amalakai powder – Add some honey or sugar to about 2 teaspoonful of amalaki powder and have it twice in a day
- Cranberry juice – One must drink cranberry juice. As it gives much relief
- Betel Nut – Chew few betel nuts after each meal. They prevent Leukorrhea
- Sandalwood oil – Have about five drops of this oil in a day preferably in the morning as well as in the evening
- Banana – Have 1 or 2 bananas daily. It prevents Leukorrhea
- Amaranth root – This is very good. One can chaf it in about one cup of water, filter it and ingest it twice daily. One can have 2 grams of Amalaki powder with honey or sugar. It is very effective
- Hipbath – One must have hipbath twice daily for about 10 minutes. This loosens up the muscles and eases the passage for the discharge
- Turmeric and garlic – For heavy discharge one could take a mixture of turmeric as well as garlic is good. For lighter discharge one can eat a mix of turmeric as well as garlic
