I am sure of the green apple benefits but my question is – Is there any difference between a normal and a green apple. I could give a suggestion to people who are overwhelmed with the benefits of apples. Please do not take apple or apple juice if you have heart burns or if you are suffering from gerd problem/acid reflux disease.Apple along with oranges are not that good in above ailments.
thats not true. acid reflux/heartburn happens due to a bad diet, and from a bad diet there is an overwhelming about of unhealthy food in the stomach. The fatty caloric dense food in an unhealthy meal that causes heartburn happens because there is not enough stomach acid to break the food down, so your stomach will churn violently as a backup option. Thus, if you eat an apple, which is high in natural acids, or drink apple cider vinegar mixed with purified water which is acidic is well, you well do your stomach wonders because it will have the extra acids it needs to break the food down.
Unfortunately, people turn to antacids, which is exactly the opposite of what your stomach needs. This causes temporarily relief, but long term problems because you create an acid-imbalance in your stomach.
